RESPONSABILITIES
- Expansion of plants;
- Installation of equipment to maximize and optimize production including work processes;
- Installation and design of new technologies, including mechanization and/or robotization;
- Project design, including plans, budgets and supplier relations;
- Processes related to occupational health and safety prevention and committee participation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant technical training in mechanical and industrial engineering;
- More than ten (10) years of experience and/or any other related experience;
- Have worked in the private manufacturing sector;
- Have managed a small team of projects;
- Member of the OIQ an asset;
- Leader, collaborator and team player;
- Results oriented;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple locations at the same time;
- Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement processes, such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, etc;
- Experience in project budget management;
- Perform capex (ROI) presentations with Gantt charts, etc;
- Be present on the operations floor;
- Autonomous and resourceful;
- Energetic, dynamic and innovative;
- Bilingual (French, English).
